14. TERMINATION

Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, USA, and you consent to such jurisdiction.
16. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Movably regarding use of the Site and Services.
