Movably Pro: The 90-Day Movement Guarantee
At Movably, we believe that movement is medicine—but like any new healthy habit, it takes time for your body to adapt. We want you to give your body the full benefit of active sitting before making a final decision.
1. The 90-Day Trial & 1,000 Move Goal
To qualify for a "No-Risk" return, we ask that you keep the chair for a minimum of 90 days and complete at least 1,000 moves. This represents roughly one week of active use, spread across your first three months, ensuring you’ve truly integrated movement into your workday.

3. Condition & Packaging

Original Packaging: To receive a full refund (minus applicable fees), the chair must be returned in its original box and internal protective materials.

Replacement Boxes: If you no longer have your packaging, we will ship a custom Movably Pro return kit to you for a flat fee of $89.

Condition: The chair must be in "like-new" condition. Significant wear, stains, or mechanical damage caused by misuse may result in a reduced refund.
4. How to Initiate
Simply contact our support team after your 90-day trial at support@movably.com. We will verify your move count via the Movably app/interface and issue a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund
